Terms & Conditions

> Premier Consulting Packages are for paid subscribers.

> Consulting sessions are 60-minutes. Your consultant will send a follow up email with a summary of the session, including follow up materials and next steps.

> All Consulting Packages begin with a 10-minute kick-off call to review goals, set the agenda and schedule the first consultation.

> Full refunds are available up to and during the kick-off call. Once the first consultation session has been scheduled, refunds are not available nor are they prorated for uncompleted sessions.

> Consultation packages are valid for 12 months after purchase. Sessions can be schedule anytime during the 12 months after purchase.

> Once your sessions is schedule with your dedicated specialist, that time is reserved for you. Rescheduling or canceling Consultation sessions must be done with at least 24-hour notice of your session. Since canceled sessions after the 24-hour window does not allow us ample time to refill that dedicated time slot that was served for you, you will be charged for the missed session from your package.

  • Will you Monetize the Asset for me?

    We do monetize assets. However, we do not pretend to be the best option for our clients every time and some files merit better solutions. Your dedicated specialist will work with you during your scheduled sessions to assist you with completing all required documents and steps required to complete the monetization of the asset.

  • How long does monetization take?

    After validation, monetization typically is available within 48 hours. Some files may require additional time for client verfication, asset verification and agreement review, prior to validation. 


    Cash Backed:

    From intro to monetization: New clients can expect performance within 15 business days. 


    Asset Backed

    From intro to monetization: New clients can expect performance between 20 and 60 business days, depending on the asset. (SKR, inground, other)

  • How Does the Advisory Work?

    Bluhe Shire Premier Consulting is an upgrade service provided by Bluhe Shire™  to paying subscribers interested in a dedicated Asset Monetization Specialist to assist in leveraging opportunites to its fullest ability for the specific needs of the subscriber. A dedicated Asset Monetization Specialist works with and/or your team to train and build project funding models through asset monetization. Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes and booked in advanced.

  • Can I invite my team for a session?

    Yes, we accomodate large teams. Fees are charged individually for each person attending. If you have multiple files on the table we will recommend purchasing multilple sessions.

  • Are there refunds?

    All Bluhe Shire Premier Advisory begin with a 10 minute kick-off call to review golas and set the agenda. After your advisor confirms that they can assist in confidence your session will begin and refunds will NOT be accepted. However, we are happy to refund anyone that we cannot help and this is identified within the first 10 minutes of the meeting.

  • Where are you located?

    Our main office is located in St. Petersburg Florida. Most Bluhe Shire affiliates are located in the U.S.A., Europe and Canada.

  • Are there any other fees?

    In most cases there are additional banking fees involed and are able to underwrite the file so that all fees can be paid on the (back-end) of the transactions. Meaning: Your fees will be paid from the monetized funds and not up front. Additional fees may include services such as, trade account setup, paymasters and international compliance. 

  • Can we meet Face to Face?

    We are available for face to face using software such as Zoom. In some cases we have agents/advisors that will travel to complete a file.
